Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiries by email: listing requests and other enquiries come by email to brtsjoe@gmail.com. We use your name, email, business details and message to deal with your request (legitimate interests / steps at your request). We keep these emails for 24 months, then delete them unless still needed for an active listing.
• FSA open data: business names, addresses and hygiene ratings published by the Food Standards Agency under the OGL. Some “business names” are individuals’ names (sole traders). Lawful basis for publishing: legitimate interests in running a local directory of public food-hygiene information. Sole traders can ask us to correct or remove their listing — email us; we aim to act within 14 days.
• Self-submitted extras: hours, website, menu link, description — published with your consent.
• Advertising cookies: only with prior consent (see Cookies page). AdSense stays off until a Google-certified CMP is live.

Sharing

We do not sell your form data. Our web host process data for us under contract. This site loads no third-party fonts, scripts or analytics. FSA data remains public sector information under the OGL.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing us. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
